Every order is entered and saved in our HIPAA-compliant LIS, which can easily be linked to the HCP’s local EMR. The system automatically posts the result in the integrated online EMR, so the lab reports can be accessed by the doctor or staff 24/7. It saves time, makes our processes more efficient, and helps reduce turnaround time to a minimum.
We are a smaller boutique-style laboratory, which gives us the opportunity to have a personalized approach to every customer. Each client is assigned a manager that communicates with the doctor and/or office manager directly and assures flawless workflow processes between the medical establishment and the laboratory.
